Rohan

November 19, 2008

It must be alot of fun to have a play gym in your own back yard. All those endless hours playing on the swing and sliding on the slide. That’s what I thought when I was photographing Rohan. He was running around all over the place but always ran back to his play gym to climb up the ladder and down the slide.

Anya and Neel Ten Month

October 28, 2008

The last time I photographed Anya and Neel they were only three months old. Recently I was invited back to photograph them at ten month. They sure have grown up since last time. Anya and Neel were sitting up, crawling all over the place each in different directions and putting everything in their mouths. Their parents sure had a lot of energy chasing them around.

Neel is running interference for Anya.

Ani and Vishrant

August 28, 2008

I met up wit Ani, Vishrant and their parents at Fioli Gardens in Woodside recently. Ani and Vishrant were shy at first but after chatting with them for a few minutes they were warmed up and ready to go.

Vishrant is imitating the incredible hulk.

He brought with him his magnifying glass to search for bugs.

Vishrant found what he calls “rolli polli”(aka potato bug) and is checking it out with his big brother.

Asha and Ian

June 4, 2008

I met up with Asha and Ian late in the afternoon so we could catch some golden light for their photo session. When I arrived both Ian and Asha were full of smiles and ready to go. Asha was full of energy running around, and her little brother Ian was very curious checking out and tasting every blade of grass and leaf on the ground around him.

Asha is a born model. She is so photogenic.

Asha was showing me how high she can jump.

We had the funniest time trying to prevent Ian from eating the leaves, grass or anything green.

Asha is trying to make her little brother smile.

Nothing is more fun than a game of tag with dad.

Over the weekend Shiva’s dad asked me to photograph Shiva and his three cousins who flew all the way from India to spend the summer with him. His cousins are so smart and so much fun. Can you believe they flew all the way from India to SF by themselves ? That’s a really long flight.

I haven’t seen Shiva since I photographed him last year. Look how fast he has grown up. Here he is with his new Spiderman bicycle.

It was Samir, Anmol, and Arjun’s first trip to the US. They were so excited to see the beach and Golden Gate Bridge. They couldn’t stop running and jumping around. It’s not very often they see the ocean because they live in central India. Anmol said to me playing at the beach was the best part of their trip.

After Shiva finished attacking Samir he tried to attack me :)
